1. Returns

Due to the perishable nature of chocolates and food products:

  • Products once sold are generally non-returnable.
  • We are unable to accept returns for opened, consumed, or partially used products.
  • Returns will only be considered in exceptional circumstances where the product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds or replacements may be considered in the following cases:

  • You received the wrong product
  • Product was damaged during transit
  • Package was received in a defective condition
  • Item is significantly different from what was ordered

To be eligible:

  • The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
  • Clear photos/videos of the package and product must be shared
  • Order details must be provided for verification

3. Non-Refundable Situations

5. Refund Processing Time

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
  • Amount will be credited to the original payment method used at checkout
  • Bank/payment gateway processing times may vary

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders may be cancelled before dispatch only
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled
  • Custom gifting / special orders may not be eligible for cancellation once production begins
